This week we traveled to Madrid to face the Black Demons. This was a must win for our team in order to earn a spot in the playoffs. In this game I played running back and free safety. I started off a little slow but thanks to the offensive line and the rest of the blocking I was able to find the endzone four times. There was a scary moment when I got called for clipping in the last minutes of the fourth quarter which nullified a touchdown run by our quarterback but as the Demons were driving down the field to score during their last posession I intercepted a pass to seal the victory. This was also the first game that my mom and little brother got to see (they arrived in Madrid on Friday morning!). It was nice to have them in the stands to cheer me on again.
