On Thursday I went to the parade for the Hermandad de los Negritos which was founded in the 1300's to help Africans in Spain. Our friend Corro's grandfather is now the oldest brother of the brotherhood so it was a really big deal for his family and they walk alongside the floats for 10 1/2 hours. Juan's family also belongs to the same brotherhood so they were there as well.
